Returns & Refunds

Final Christmas Delivery date is Tuesday 20th of December.

Deliveries within Ireland and Northern Ireland cost just €4.99.

We are not currently shipping orders outside of Ireland.

One4All Vouchers are not currently accepted here.


We aim to despatch packages within 48 hours of the order being placed. All online orders are despatched from our warehouse which is open 5 days a week, Mon – Fri, 9am – 5pm excluding Bank Holidays.

Orders will be delivered within all of Ireland by GLS Ireland, therefore we aim for orders to be delivered within 2-5 working days. Please be advised that busier periods will effect despatch and delivery time.

Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be despatched on the following Monday. Orders placed during a Bank Holiday will be processed on the next working day. Your order will be provided with a full track and trace on each parcel. Track My Parcel

If you have not received your delivery within 10 working days, please contact us via the contact page. Please quote your order number when contacting our customer service.

To ensure the package reaches the intended recipient we advise our customers to provide their full address and Eircode and to be certain that information provided is accurate (in particular a contact number) as the package may be returned to the warehouse if the courier cannot make contact with the recipient.

Availability of Stock

Stock listed on our site is not always guaranteed to be available online as we cannot control purchasing in our three retail stores in Galway and Dublin.

Returns Policy

Customer satisfaction is of great importance to everyone here at The Candle Store. If you are not happy with your purchases you can return the goods to us within 30 days of receipt. We are happy to offer an exchange or refund provided the item(s) are returned in saleable and unused condition and in their original packaging. Please note that delivery charges cannot be refunded.
We advise customers not to return items without contacting us via email to inform us of the returns first.

Incorrect products

In the case of incorrect products The Candle Store will despatch a replacement product. Customers should contact us via email to inform us.

Damaged Items

Please contact us via email detailing the damaged item(s), your order number and a photo(s) of the damage to your item(s). We will be more than happy to arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. Please do not return the damaged items unless instructed to do so by us.
